  Discovery Phase

  We start by understanding your vision, goals, and target audience. In this phase, we gather game requirements, define the project scope, and establish the project timeline and budget for your Unity game development.

  Concept and Planning

  Once the initial discovery is complete, we create detailed concepts, wireframes, and game design documents. This helps outline game mechanics, art style, and technical requirements to ensure alignment before development begins

  Prototyping

  We then build a playable Unity prototype or MVP to validate core gameplay mechanics and test initial concepts. This allows us to gather early feedback and adjust the game concept, ensuring it's ready for game development.

  Implementation and Development

  At this stage our team creates and integrates game assets (art, animations, sounds) and codes game mechanics.

  Testing and Launch

  We perform comprehensive Unity testing to identify and fix bugs, optimize game performance, and enhance the overall user experience. After launch, we continue providing post-launch support, including game updates and performance improvements, to ensure long-term success.
