What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research markets to spot new opportunities and refine targeting.
- Identify and qualify potential leads across multiple channels.
- Create engaging and personalized sequences for LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns (including A/B testing) on LinkedIn and emails.
- Track campaign results, analyze performance, and share insights with the team.
- Schedule intro calls and nurture early relationships before passing prospects to the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on ICPs, messaging, and lead handover processes.
- Contribute ideas for improving outreach and testing new approaches to prospecting.
- Manage and update client data in our CRM system.
- Work toward clear daily, monthly, and annual KPIs.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation or SDR roles (ideally in GameDev or closely related industry)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Experience in identifying ICP profiles and prospects.
- Experience in preparing and managing LinkedIn and email campaigns, including automation tools.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills
- A team player with strong ownership, motivation, and a focus on results.
