DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the full development cycle and coordinate with other project teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment.
- Optimize team processes by identifying bottlenecks, managing dependencies, maintaining workload balance, and ensuring efficient use of the budget.
- Monitor team activities, resolve disputes, manage conflicts, and support team motivation, autonomy, and goal alignment.
- Set up and maintain project management tools, project documentation, PM libraries, and a well-prepared backlog.
- Track progress on tasks and agreements, forecast estimates based on team velocity and risks, and facilitate effective team meetings.
- Identify, analyze, and assess risks with the team; communicate risk-related information to stakeholders; and contribute to developing risk response strategies.
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience in GameDev project management, including work in iGaming and with various contract types.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in dynamic environments using methodologies such as Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, and Agile (including SCRUM).
- Strong expertise in requirements documentation (SRS, TR, TDD) and solid understanding of SDLC, mobile app development, and deployment processes.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Practical experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and additional collaboration tools such as Miro and Google Docs.
- Advanced C1 English proficiency(Upper-intermediate В2 English proficiency can be reviewed), experience working with international clients, and the ability to stay flexible and resilient under pressure.
