What are the locations in Spelling Game and why do they matter?
Players need a visually engaging way to explore game locations while learning through context, not isolated tasks. For the Locations feature in Spelling Game, we designed a set of immersive environments, themed locations, and interactive scenes that support learning through exploration and visual association.
- ONE ISLAND, ONE TOPIC
- Each island is built around its own morpheme group, so the setting itself becomes a memory cue.
- READ AT A GLANCE
- Bright colors, clear paths and simple shapes that young players understand without instructions.
- TWO VIEWS, ONE WORLD
- Isometric islands for the map and side-scrolling levels for play, both in the same visual style.
- ROOM FOR THE STORY
- Every location leaves space for characters, dialogues and boss battles to unfold naturally.
