Marketing Lead
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the development of a pipeline of new leads/prospects/deals via paid (PPC, paid sponsorships) and organic (SEO) channels, PR plays, as well as cooperate on outbound campaigns (executed by SDR)
- Continue building a highly efficient team of marketing professionals with a keen focus on growth and acquisition
- Develop and improve the Marketing function
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support lead generation and customer retention
- Understand the audience and identify new inbound channels for new business acquisition, develop them to maximize the pipeline of new deals
- Manage, optimize utilization, and report on the Marketing budget
- Maintaining consistent market analysis and comprehensive reporting on the company’s marketing efforts tracking revenue metrics and not just leads
- In cooperation with teams across the business, achieve the revenue goals, as set by the leadership
- This role implies a certain amount of international travel
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3-4 years of experience in IT Marketing
- Expertise in Gamedev
- A proven track record of building/leading effective marketing/demand generation teams will be a plus
- Experience in outsourcing
- Experience in AI and AR/VR, Blockchain, and Web3 marketing would be a huge plus
- Expertise in brand development and positioning
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, web analytics
- English — upper-intermediate or higher
- Business-oriented and strategic mindset, being able to strategize and articulate marketing goals and present strategies and tactics to the leadership
