Game Designer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop detailed and coherent Game Design Documents in English, outlining game mechanics, art concepts, animation guidelines, and visual effects specifications based on approved pipelines
- Communicate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand project objectives, gather feedback, and integrate suggestions into the GDDs
- Plan tasks and manage teams to ensure timely and successful game features and elements are implemented.
- Generate performance reports to monitor the progress of tasks and projects, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
- Utilize tools such as Miro, Jira/Confluence, Figma, and Google Sheets to organize and document project-related information.
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2,5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the gaming industry.
- Proven track record of crafting detailed Game Design Documents for mobile games, with expertise in casual and brawler genres.
- Fluent English communication skills, with at least an upper-intermediate level proficiency.
- Familiarity with game balance principles and live operations is advantageous, showcasing a well-rounded understanding of game design dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration, work presentation, and ideas articulation.
